Chinese Christian Church of Thousand Oaks (CCCTO) is seeking three dedicated leaders to join our ministry team: Children Ministry Director, Youth Director and Minister for Cantonese congregation. The Pastoral Team of pastors and elders from our three ministries (Mandarin, Cantonese, and English) are joyfully and humbly awaiting these three addition to their team to help them carry out the mission and vision of our church.

Children’s Ministry Director
We’re looking for someone who loves children and is gifted in teaching, organizing, and nurturing faith in our youngest members. The ideal candidate will lead programs that help children grow in their love for Jesus in a fun, safe, and engaging environment.
Youth Director
Do you have a passion for mentoring the next generation? We’re seeking a dynamic leader who can connect with middle and high school students, guide them spiritually, and create opportunities for meaningful fellowship, service, and discipleship.
Minister for Cantonese Congregation
We are looking for a spiritually mature and compassionate minister to shepherd our Cantonese-speaking congregation. The ideal candidate will provide preaching, pastoral care, and leadership to help strengthen our community in faith and unity.
Our Church
We are a multi-cultural church of close to 300 members, holding worship services conducted in 3 different languages: Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, whose members make up approximately 55%, 10%, and 35% of our total membership, respectively. With around 100 active members in the English Ministry, Sunday worship averages anywhere from 70-90 congregants in attendance which include members, returning guests, and newcomers. This is a congregation that looks forward to learning Scripture and how God reveals to us through His word the way in which we are to live our lives. Our Roots
The seed that planted our church started with God imparting a deep desire in one man’s heart to start a Chinese bible study group in a city where Asians made up less than 10% of the populace. This young man, named Lieu Zuoxiang, was a newlywed and he and his wife, Shao Yuanyuan, both baptized for less than a year, had just moved to Thousand Oaks from the east coast in the summer of 1977.
