He himself was in prison for a crime he did not commit; He served others well only to be forgotten; and he had to wait in the darkness for years. Yet, He lived with strength and trust in the Lord. You do the right thing, but bad things keep happening. You just can’t get a break! Joseph, the great-grandson of Abraham, went through all this and more. He faced turbulent times throughout his life, yet in spite of them, and even because of them he grew in faith. Joseph sets a positive example in negative times. His life is filled with examples of how we can grow in faith in Jesus Christ as we go through a pandemic, but it is just as applicable in any time of hardship or crisis.
